Being a teacher in Michigan is so hard right now. I have worked at my school for 4 years and am still the bottom of the senority list. (Being a great teacher and hard worker don't matter, all that does is where you are on the list,)
Well found out today I am getting laid off in February!! Finding a teaching job in Michigan is so so hard right now, especially in February. But I believe in Karma and I know that I am an excellent teacher and was put on this earth to do just that. So a job hunting I will go!
