Hi I'm looking for the following:

25 Clear cylinder vases (10.5 x 3.5)

75 Clear cylinder vases (7.5 x 3.5)

75 white or ivory floating candles (3 x 1.5)

I found floating candles pretty cheap at Garden Ridge on Hall Road. And I think Michael's has the vases you're looking for pretty cheap as well. We bought about 20 of those sizes for our head table for about $3-4 a piece using 25% off coupons.

Dollar tree generally has vases in all shapes and sizes.

As far as the candles are concerned, you could try candles4less.com or cudge.net

I'm looking for flip flops @$1 each pair.  I'll need 72 of them in various sizes.  Any ideas?

calibud - not sure when you need them, but Old Navy usually has their flip flops on sale for $1 each in the spring. I know a few knotties got their reception flip flops at this time last year.
