"Off premise" caterers?

Okay so I am new to all of this and we set a date that may be too soon for us to manage on our budget but we are young and stupid...

Anyway we were planning on having the reception in the groom's firehouse social hall and unfortuantely the caterer who does all of thier firehouse dinners (who would have given us a great price and who knows the venue well) has ben booked because of course, we picked 11/11/11 as our date and I was too naive to realize everyone and thier mother would be getting married that day.

So I guess long story short, does anyone know any caterers near or in Newburgh NY (we are in Walden) who are priced in the very "economic" range...? $45-60 a person? (and who offers bartending too?) We are planning for around 100 people and can't really afford it all if we spend more than $6000 on food alone.

Honestly at this point im thinking of just baking 30 trays of Ziti and letting everyone have at it.

I can't recommend anyone specifically, however you may want to check local restaurants who offer catering or just in general that may be able to cater. They maybe in that range or cheaper. Based on pricing you can mix that with food from Sam's, Costco, etc. if needed. Also can the firehouse caterers recommend anyone?
