Community House Birmingham vs. Indian Springs

I was getting ready to put down a deposit at Indian Springs this week, but now I'm not sure. I got some information on The Community House in Birmingham, and I love it. FI likes it better because they have the date we want and it's not such a long drive for his family.

There really aren't a lot of posts about The Community House here on The Knot. Is there something wrong with the place? I can't even find many photography websites with weddings there. Has anyone been to a wedding there?

I've never been to a wedding there before but I've been to other events there. And it was on My Super Sweet 16 on MTV. I think it's a really nice venue, and if it is better for you to do it there, I would go for it!

We are having our reception at the Community House.  I've had several co-workers attend wedding receptions there, and they've all commented on how gorgeous the venue is.
