Where can I get a hoop skirt??

Does anyone know where I can get a hoop skirt for my wedding dress? I live in Plymouth, I would like a store I could go to, not sure about buying one off ebay any help would be appreciated!

    Do you want to purchase it or rent it? I know a lady that does alterations in Garden City and she rents them out. Her name is Mary and her number is 734-513-6645. I am not sure how much she charges, but its definitely worth looking into. HTH!
