Kohl's Registry ( taken from Oct 11 board)

Just an FYI to those who have a Kohl's registry.  They just changed their policy and if somebody buys something off your registry online it can only be shipped to you.  They do not have the option to ship it to themselves and bring it to your shower.  Kohls has a lot of online only kitchen items so this creates issue for those who want to buy those items and give it to you in person.  I just thought I would share because I was only made aware of this by another bride on the knot.

Thanks for the info!  To add.. I would not recommend registering at Kohls.  My Aunt registered in Febuary for her shower & wedding that were taking place within the next two months and by the time her events occured 80% of the items she had registered for were already unavailable.  (And no she didn't register for clearance items.)  It was really frustrating to her!

We tried to register at Kohls... and ended up just walking out of the store and going home to delete everything off our registry. I saw so many things online (that said "in store") that were not in store and/or were not the same price as it said online. Big hassle. I would advise registering there at all. (However, I do like shopping there)
