Hi Everyone!

Where is the best place to get affordable wedding invitations done? I am trying not to spend a lot of money on this.

Did you have a particular look in mind? I just bought an invitation kit at Michael's, and am printing them at home on my printer. They have many to choose from.

I also got the kits from Michaels...when you use your coupons it's a great deal!

I got some really nice invitations, about 200lb thick with thermography (raised ink) for a bargain price from the William Arthur line! I ordered my invites through Lee's in Bloomfield Hills, they were extremely helpful and talked us through every item.

Do you want to DIY? Completely design from scratch or use a template/kit?

Do you want them done by someone? Do you want a custom design or chose from a catalog?

What kind of budget do you have? A lot of money means different things to different people.

I found a template I REALLY liked on weddingpaperdivas.com but I didn't want to pay 2.00 per invite. My cousin took graphic design classes and copied the design and I'm using a website called gotprint.com to have them done. I think its going to cost $40 for 100 invitations then I just have to get envelopes
