My ticker says 100 days!!  Also..my bachelorette party is this weekend.  We are going girls weekend on the lake and then going out.  I can't wait!!

Invites for my first shower are out and I'm pretty pumped about that. Also, my sister/MOH and BMs are all incredibly wonderful and throwing me a bridal weekend the last weekend of August up north at our cottage because I'm still of college age so a lot of my friends are home for the summer but going back to school and while I would love to have them all at the bach party the weekend before the wedding, I'd feel bad asking them to come home 2 weekends in a row so my girls are soooooo incredible doing this for me. I don't know any of the plans but I'm just so excited because it's probably going to be the most fun of the prewedding festivities. (and it's the weekend after I'm done with summer semester AND one of my 2 jobs... so it's very much needed) So invites for that weekend have been sent out too! (And they look ADORABLE ... my sister has NEVER done anything this creative)

We finally ordered our wedding bands (Yes we have like 23 days until the wedding and we just did this!) - and we got our marriage license!!! This weekend is our menu tasting and the RSVP date it tomorrow so I will start the seating chart on Saturday with my mom and Aunt while my FI has his bachelor party.  We are also knocking out the programs and the table numbers too!

I am getting kinda nervous that everything won't get done though!

Edit: Oh yea and we picked our ceremony music yesterday and the organist is going to learn the song I want to walk into for me!  I was sooo happy when he said he could do it!

We sent our STDs this week!!   FMIL has already got a few calls about how much people loved ours stds and how excited for the wedding they are. That makes me all warm and fuzzy! lol

I have lots of AWs today, I've finally been getting things accomplished, such a relief to cross so many of the little details off the list. One big detail was that we have an officiant, I wanted an outdoor ceremony and my mom wanted someone religious, so we found the perfect compromise - our former priest (Left the position to get married) is going to do it!

We have our cake tasting today, we want the cake to look like this minus the flower. Surprisingly, this was FI's favorite and he wants it in this color! It will have a very cute topper I ordered with the two of us as clay figurines in oru wedding outfits - me with white Minnie ears on (we're honeymooning at Disney) and him with his guitar).



I also ordered our card box, which will look like this but the box will be covered in navy fabric and have fuchsia flowers.



I also ordered the arch for the ceremony


And our wishing tree that we're using instead a guestbook!




(they won't be in that style can, but this is what the pens look like!)

courtney thank you so much, she is so much fun and makes it really easy my fi didnt turn into a grump at all and usualy he gets board really easy lol. also i love love love your cake photo, is that colored buttercream? it made me hungry.

Lesley - I love your pics! How you have you hair is how I want mine for the wedding - I might steal a pic to show my stylist! No pics this week, but we got the GM gifts ordered and I have my second shower this weekend

rcj2rcd  - steal away! i had my hair done at 10am and it help up all day (& it was hot and humid) i even wore it like that the next day after sleeping 9 hours on it

We got our engagement pics back (love them!) and I had my first dress fitting yesterday.

Our invites went out in the mail on Monday and tons of people have already said they received them (our best man was like "um, I really have to mail this RSVP in?  Why couldn't you guys do online RSVPS?" haha)
