Where is a good place to take engagement photos?  I would prefer somewhere that I can get indoor and outdoor photos.  Any suggestion would be helpful!

Our wedding venue, Greenmead Village, is a public park in Livonia (8 Mile & Newburgh Rd intersection). We had our engagement pics taken there last year at the end of the summer, and our wedding photos there this August. It is gorgeous.

The historic buildings are open most weekends, but the grounds are available from dawn to dusk. You can get pictures in front of the chapel, the barn, the gardens, etc.

Matthai Botanical Gardens in Ypsi/Ann Arbor is beautiful, and you can go indoors to the conservatory.

We had ours at Cranbrook house and gardens. The house is open certain hours, but the grounds are open dawn till dusk. It was a BEAUTIFUL place for pictures.
