Wow it's starting to feel real!

We sent out "save the date" postcards a couple of weeks ago.  Just a simple picture of us in front of our venue.  That made things seem awfully real....

....then last night I bought a dress!  Wow, this is really happening - I'm getting married!  Crazy.  But exciting.

It's SO fun!  And I found that lots of different things would make it feel real.  It was also fun when my DH started to have the "this is real" feelings - when he got fitted for his tux, when we registered, etc.

I remember thinking when I mailed out the STD's, "No going back now!"  It really was the first big thing that made it feel real for me.  Enjoy the ride!

Congrats!  Like cmkuno, I told FI "this is it" before I mailed out the STDs.  Now that I'm sending out invites in 2 weeks, I'm feel it more than ever.
