xp: what can I call it?

It's kind of like a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers, except there will be no cocktails because we are only serving wine and beer (and non-alcoholic beverages). What should I call it in the reception card?

You can still call it a cocktail hour even though there isn't any actual liquor.  There is beer and wine which will be enough to qualify.

I agree with the previous posts. In fact just a little while ago I was at a wedding with only wine and beer and they called it cocktail hour.
