Tableclothes/chair covers/lighting

I am doing my own centerpieces and I really don't want to inconvenience my family members the day of the wedding.  Is there someone that can be hired to take care of managing the set up at the hall?

Also...I am looking for reasonable pricing on tableclothes and chair covers....

Any recomendations ladies????

Check out the sticky at the top of the thread with vendor recommendations, several people have had day of coordinators who take care of things like that. They also post who they rented linens from.

Welcome to the board!

Looks like you need a DOC (day-of-coordinator) or ask your hall if they have a coordinator on staff to help you. I'm not using a DOC but there are tons of recommendations for DOCs and linens in the vendor sticky ("sticky" posts are at the top of the board with a little push-pin icon next to it). Those posts really helped me find my vendors!

I used Glamorous Elegance for my chair covers, and they turned out beautiful! Best part: they were only $1 each, inclusing satin sash and set-up! That was a special, not sure what her prices are now, but definitely reasonable. I think floor length tablecloths were around $7-9 each.

I used All About Elegance (allaboutelegance.net) for chair covers and Kristy was so great.  The chair covers looked beautiful, she was inexpensive, and very good about communicating quickly.

We're using Affordable Elegance Chair Covers out of Troy and they are great to work with. We're paying $4.50 per person for all of our upgraded linens and napkins.
