I'm highly recommending Evernote to everyone....I'm using it now to help plan a friend's wedding and I so wish I'd used it for my own.  It's an online notebook and also has a mobile app, so you can look up all of your notes at any time.  You can create multiple tags for each note for searching and also layer in "chapters" within each notebook.   That's my married lady to bride-to-be advice of the day :)

    From what I can see, it sort of looks like pinterest? Does it have a "spreadsheet" type feature?
