EEEK HELP! Plum Soda Productions!

So is anyone else using this company for their photos/videos? I booked them after recommendations on here and I went to email Tyler (from PS) and his email got returned to me saying it doesnt exist. I then made sure I typed it right but realized it was already in my address book from past emails. I tried the info@plumsodaproductions.com email address but THAT came back returned as well!!

I'm freaking out a bit because I gave them a $750 deposit...

Does anyone know specifically what is going on with them or should I be going crazy?!?

I've never heard of them but they do have a website. I would try contacting them directly from their website, and get a phone number.

we considered using them about a month ago for our wedding. Maybe the email he uses is just down for tonight. That happens. i wouldn't freak too much yet. Wait and see if it works tomorrow, then become detective.

If memory serves me correctly, the only recommendations for PS came from one or two people who hadn't gotten married yet. Unfortunately, recommendations aren't really reliable until after someone has had their event and used the vendor.

With that said, hopefully like pp said, this vendor's website is just having trouble and it will work itself out. Do you have a phone number listed on your contract? Have you tried reaching the vendor this way? I found (248) 895-8255  listed for them on another site.

Please keep up posted on this! I have been emailing tyler. Meeting with them in September to put down depost. I have the same number that is listed above and his email.  Let me know if you want me to try to contact them.

UPDATE*****

We're good to go. Like MGLI2006 suggested... the email must have been defective because it worked this morning. It DOES look like he got a new email but is forwarding any incoming email from his old address to the new one at

plumsodaproductions@gmail.com

So July032011, email him at that address from now on maybe?
