Fall Wedding Favors?

Hello ladies...

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any cute, original wedding favor ideas for a Fall themed wedding? Our colors are sage and pumpkin, and our favorite season is fall. So far, we've gotten as far as using a ball jar (about 16oz), but we are at a loss for ideas...Anyone have any?

I just got married 2 weeks ago and we did carmael apples. We wrapped them in cellophane bags and used ribbon in one of our colors to tie them up. Although this wouldn't work with your ball jar idea. They were a huge hit!!

We were thinking of that idea too!! But we were worried on how to execute it. Did you make them all yourself?

Maybe an apple butter or some sort of jelly would work.

I was thinking jam or jelly too! Or if you have small enough mason jars to not cost a small fortune to fill you could do color coordinating M&Ms or Jelly Bellies. Or a candy buffet and people could fill the mason jars instead of bags or plastic containers. The mason jars are such a cute idea! Now, I'm getting ideas of my own, haha! Where are you getting the jars from?

My wedding is next October.  We are also doing caramel apples as the favors.  For decor, we are using apples and tiny pumpkins as votive candle holders.  You can buy a tool off Amazon for like $6 that will hollow out a perfect votive size hole.  For the center pieces we are using slabs of a cut log about 1/2 inch thick then placing a hurricane lamp surrounded by leaves and berries and acorns.  We are also wood burning our initials in this slab.  Go to Etsy.com and type in Fall wedding and you will get LOTS of cute ideas.  I hope this helps!

From what I've found by searching, K-Mart is the cheapst place to get the jars from. Only about 9$ for 12

My sister wanted to make all of our apples but I didn't want to so we ordered ours from a company called Daffy Apple. We ordered the cellophane bags and the day before the wedding I had a wrapping party. The apples were delicious!!
