AW - Warrior Dash / Wedding Style (PIP)

So on Saturday we ran in the Warrior Dash...
last year we dressed up as "Wonka Warriors" and were Oompa Loompas so this year we decided to be "Wedding Warriors" and had tons of comments and people taking photos of us lol it was soooo much fun

It was my first day off in MONTHS (yay for working so hard to pay for this wedding, lol) and I'm soooo glad I got to spend it having fun with Dan <3

    I did warrior dash on Sunday :)  I was going to be a warrior bride, too, but I was too lazy to put it all together...  Glad someone did it!  Hopefully, the barb wire didn't catch on your veil!

    I seriously considered running as well, but it would have meant taking off work (no pay), traveling (gas $$$), entrance  fee for the race.... ya know. It looks like you guys had an awesome time - what a cute idea! And how wonderful you were able to take a day off and spend it doing something so fun!

    Thanks everyone. My veil didn't get caught on the barbed wire but it weighed 10 lbs after being covered in mud!!

    FYI -- Serious prayers go out to a participant during Sunday's race... worst injury of Warrior Dash history. A junior at Hope College has been paralyzed from diving into the mud pit and landing wrong. ]:

    Oh I totally understand! There are two races in September that are very similar and are for good causes - Dirty Dog Dash and the Swampfoot 4 miler but I cannot afford either ]:

    Very cool!  I volunteered on Sunday and it was so much fun to see everyone before and after the race.  Lots of great costumes.
