Bridal Party Gifts

Hello Ladies!

I cannot believe we have less than a month to go!  Where has the year gone? :-)
So, now I am on details and wonering what to get our bridal party as gifts.  We need groomsmen, bridesmaid, flower girls, and ring bearer gifts.  Any great ideas?
 Also, did you get your MOH and BM different gifts than the remaining groomsmen/bridesmaids?

I bought all of my BM a tote with their inital on it. In the tote are a pair of sandals, jewelry that I have yet to buy, maybe a jewelry roll depending on how much the jewelry will be, flip flops, a vase to put their flowers in at the reception. For my MOH, I bought them a cute Coach wristlet. They have gone above and beyond what was expected of them and I wanted to give them something special in appreciation for that.

FI has yet to purchase his GM gifts, but I think we are going to get them Jager Bomb sets with their initials engraved in them.

We don't have ring bearers or flower girls, but I was a flower girl in a wedding a longggggggg time ago and I got a cabbage patch doll that was dressed in a wedding dress. I loved that thing so much I carried it down the aisle with me.

I struggled with this for a little while, but was really happy in the end.

All of the BMs, including MOH got the same gift. I got them all a Coach wristlet, a compact mirror, and flip flops.

The GM all got a pair of socks and the tie they wore for the wedding. They also got individual gifts to meet their needs/personalities. We got the BM a wood valet box engraved. One GM got a hunting/pocket knife, and the other two got a toiletry bag that we had embroidered with their monogram.

We also had a friend who got ordained to marry us, we got him a Kenneth Cole watch.

We didn't have any flower girls or ring bearers. My son was a part of the wedding (he walked me down the aisle and was a part of our sand ceremony). We ended up getting him a DSI when we returned from our honeymoon. We obviously splurged on him just because he's our kid though.

I gave my BM and MOH, a bottle of their favorite perfume, a coach wristlet, and a necklace and earring set. (they all really loved the perfume) My DH gave his groomsmen, shot glasses, beer mugs, and tailgating coolers.

I've bought each girl a smashbox eyeshadow conpact, and i'm getting them either custom made clutches to carry all their stuff after the wedding.  I'm thinking that i might get them jewlery also...not sure just yet.

for our bridesmaids, we got them each a coach wristlet, a purse hook, an engraved business card case (all three have started new jobs recently) and a pair of flip flops.  for the groomsmen & ushers, we got them each a flask/cigar holder combo, a bottle of alcohol (different for each) & cigars to put in the flasks, and panama hats for the wedding.  we are still working on gifts for the readers and our officient (a friend).  no ring bearer/flower girl.  good luck, I had a lot of fun with this part!!

We are going to get the groomsmen personalized flasks from www.personalcreations.com and some small airplane sized bottles of booze from the local liquor store.

For the bridesmaids I'm making up large totes filled with their jewelry, probably a nicer pair of flip flops for the wedding and other things yet to be determined.

FYI, I was just at Pier One last week and on their sale table they had small compact-mirrors, plus small retractable measuring tapes. I thougtht these would be cute for bridesmaid gifts, but I have so much wedding stuff around I can't justify getting anything else yet, LOL.

We got something different for each person to fit their personalities. 

I got wedding jewelry and a pashmina for each of my bridesmaids but didn’t really consider that a gift since it was for my wedding – not their enjoyment.  Then I got my MOH a family portriate session with my photographer, toasting flutes and a silver frame for our BM who was getting married, and a Pandora necklace for our other BM. 

We got a travel cigar case, cigars, lighter fluid, and an engraved beer mug for our Best Man, Tiger’s tickets for one of our groomsmen, and a case of BBQ tools for our other groomsmen. 

And we just got gift cards for our ushers to suit their personality.

I am giving each of my girls a tote bag, robe from victorias secret, flip flops, earrings and a bracelet, MOH was the same except a necklace instead of earrings.  FI is 100% in charge of the gm gifts and so far he hasn't gotten anything.
