Maggie Sottero dress store

I've called around and pretty much the lowest I have found for the dress is 1,400 with free alterations.  Anyone know of any stores that are willing to give a discount or negotiate?

Free Alterations would be a big cost saver! At least for me it would be, since my alterations cost $600 total. Another option is to frequently watch the message boards, Craigslist, etc for a bride that changed her mind and is selling her unalterated dress!

yeah i was thinking the same about the alterations.  if anyone else knows of any salons that give discounts.. let me know:)

I bought my maggie from Arena Bridal in Shelby Township....alterations included =]

What dress do you want....I get so excited when I talk to other Maggie Brides!!!

I got my Maggie from Arena too, and yes free alterations is huge!!!

Beatrice! They don't carry it in any stores around here so I never got to see it before I ordered it. I've seen it once when it came in back in March and I am DYING for my first fitting to get here!!!

I bought my Maggie Sottero from Dior Bridal in Dearborn last fall. It was the Debbie style. It was $850 + alterations, so total ended up about 1200 I think.

My wedding was 2 weeks ago. Size 10 and I'm 5'2" and the dress was ordered in a "short". I was probably close to 5'5" with my heals on.

I went to Eva's bridal in garden city for a Maggie sottero dress that unfortunately was discontinued.... But their prices are very reasonable.

I love Maggie's I have an appointment this weekend at Dior in Dearborn to dress hunt. I am really interested in the Adeline but have found the ball gowns are a better fit ( I am more top heavy). Any shopping advise?
