Getting Back to Planning

I feel like I planned like crazy and then did nothing for months on end. I now am feeling the pressure again but have lacked some motivation. As of last night I think I am back on track though.

We went and scoped out a photo booth. I really like the booth and the lady so we are booking that. Then we decided what the back of our save the date will say. Then this morning I bought a vistaprint groupon to order them. I am using oversized postcards which are rarely free so it works out with the groupon.

It feels good to get some things done.

I know what you mean.  We are in a lull right now.  There's really nothing else to do until after the holidays.

We do get little things here and there but it's not full out planning like it was the first couple months.

our food tasting is in November

Which photo booth co are you looking at?

I'm glad you were able to find some motivation and get all that accomplished.  I'm still not really feeling the motivation.  I think after I finish applying for PhD programs it will come back in full swing though.

It's fall... which will go by super fast, IMO. I mean, I'm getting married this year but aside from that I feel like the holidays all rush together and before you know it, January is here! Good job getting back on track, though. Yay oversized postcards! Which photobooth company are you going with?

I am using Pix Photo Booth. She is a smaller company but I got great reviews for her. Also I am only paying $650 for four hours, with scrapbook, external viewing screen, unlimited photos for my guest, and two people working the booth. I also get to design a logo for the strips. I think the package regularly cost around $800. However, she knows my moms o I got a discount.

I kind of hit a lull too, but I just emailed a florist so hopefully that will get me back on track! Would you mind sharing a link to the Vista Print Groupon?? I looked on the Detroit page and didnt see it?

I think it was from Texas. To be honest all I did was google Vistaprint Groupon. Since it is all online it doesn't matter what city you purchase it from.

overnightprints.com is also very reasonably priced and they constantly have sales going on. In the past month I've gotten 2 different postcard offers in my inbox from them. Not sure how the quality compares to vistaprint, but the business cards and other postcards I've ordered from overnightprints have all been great quality.
