I need some opinions - When my FI bought the (beautiful!) engagement ring, it came as a set with the wedding band. They certainly do match as far as the design, however, to me the band looks too thick to be paired with the engagement ring which has a thin band. IMO the band looks like it should be for the man (if it were a bigger size).
A while after the proposal, I told my fiance my concerns (in nicer words) and he doesn't mind getting a new band, but he'd want to sell the original one. I'd love to keep the original one (possibly to wear on my right hand?) I even told him I would purchase my new band. He's fine with this.
Opinions? Should I just buy a new band? Get rid of the old one and have him buy a new band? Am I being a brat and should I just keep the set together?
