Work out classes

Does any one know of inexpensive work out / group classes in the macomb county area? I don't want to have to pay an expensive monthly rate. Possibly class that you can pay as you go. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did some classes at Fit Zone for women. It was in Troy but what I loved about it was that you could pay per class or buy a punch card that they punched when you went. It was $70 for 10 punches or classes.

Maybe they have one in your area.

You might be able to find a good deal with Groupon or Living Social.

This! I see them all the time but don't have the extra cash and have free access to the rec center at OU since I'm a full time student. Definitely keep your eye out

I work out at Anytime Fitness. They have SEVERAL zumba classes, spinning, yoga, pilates, kettlebell, etc.....I pay $35/month

I just moved and don't have a new gym membership yet, so I've been doing the Comcast On-Demand videos.  You don't need anything except a mat and some hand weights for most of them.  The Jillian Michaels ones kick my butt!   A good alternative until you find some classes to go to

I have done this also.

Or you can search online for routines to do at home. I did 7 minute abs by Tony Horton and it is amazing. Same with his P90X workouts.
