Outdoor Ceremony Site for October

Hello Everyone!

I am having difficulty locating a park/outdoor venue to have my cereomny at in October of 2013. I will have roughly 150 people. I want to stay in the Macomb and Oakland areas. I live in Sterling Heights and the reception is in Pontiac. I would like to keep the ceremony costs as low as possible.

The Long Acre House in Farmington is pretty inexpensive. It is a little far from Pontiac, but they have a "rain" back up that is equally as nice as their outside option. It may not rain in October but it could be cold or snow! Good Luck!

There is also Tina's Country House in Macomb County, one of the brides from this board had their wedding there, but I don't recall the details.

There is also a pavilion at the Beverly Hills Park in Beverly HIlls, just west of Southfield Rd, on Beverly Rd which is I think 13 1/2 Mile Rd. I went to a ceremony there once and it was really nice. Not sure how late in the year they rent it though.

Any of the Metro Parks might also be an option.
