XP - Seating Poster

I decided to do a poster on an easel with the guest's names and table numbers, similar to the one pictured below.

My hall has a company that does them, but they are $$$. I thought I would just make my own and then go to kinkos and have it blown up on laminated foam board (much cheaper). I can't seem to get it to look like this though. I can't even find a border that matches this. Has anyone done this before and have directions or tips?

I tried, but in the end I got too frustrated. I had a lady on Etsy- chickadeepapery - do a PDF file for me. She had an ad on weddingbee for $25, and I was sold.  Her shop is closed until August though, so that is not helpful to you!

You could always do an alchemy request on Etsy for whatever your price is, and maybe someone can do it for you- much less stress! I just took in my jump drive to Kinko's and they hooked me up- FYI, though- it was 24 hours for a laminated seating chart at the Kinko's by my house so you might want to call ahead to make sure!

I did one. It is in my bio. I printed it on 11x17 paper and then put it in a frame. My hall has an easel that I can use to put it on. Let me know if you need help. I designed it in publisher.
