Eek! I almost showed FI my dress!

So FI and I are sitting here watching some Glee episodes I taped over the weekend (Oxygen had a marathon.)  Well Finn and Kurt's parents got married (spoiler alert!) and the mom was wearing my dress!!!  Well I'm almost positive it was my dress since they didn't have any good close ups but it was nearly identical.  I nearly spit out my water and was like "OH MY GOD!"

So needless to say I had to say I just read something ridiculous on the knot to cover myself.  I'm terrible at keeping secrets.  3 more months.

Her dress was so pretty.  Hmm, I wonder if it is the same one.  Good thing you didn't let it slip.

Beautiful dress!  I'm terrible at keeping secrets so I completely understand.  And...the marathon on Oxygen got me hooked on Glee, I'd never really watched it until Saturday.

Thanks ladies   I don't really watch Glee but the marathon was on so I watched it all day on Saturday.  Then watched the episodes I didn't get to see last night.  It's pretty cheesy but I love the song and dance numbers!

My FI almost saw a pic of my dress on my phone. He was looking at my pics and came across a white dress and threw my phone at me, asking "is there a pic of your wedding dress on here?!" thank GOD it was a dress that I tried on but didn't get. A pic of my dress was next. Ugh!

Based on the picture I'd say it looks exactly the same to me too!  It looks gorgeous on you, by the way.  I can't believe it's only 3 months away for you now!

I think FI might have saw a picture of my dress on my computer when he was transferring my files.  But it wasn't labeled or anything, so he might not have known if it was really mine or I had just saved it because I liked it.  I decided not to ask him about it and hope that he'll just forget what it looks like.

I showed my FI my gown severaly times.  If you asked him to describe it I'm sure all he'd be able to say is 'it's white'. And it's not it's ivory.  I honestly could care less about him seeing it before the wedding.

He's actually the one that doesn't want to know which is why I would have felt really bad about it.  He wants the whole surprise as I'm walking down the aisle thing and I almost ruined his surprise :(

Although for his part he's doing an excellent job.  The dress is currently hanging in his room at his parents house.  When he goes home, he hasn't even been tempted to open it.  We'll see what it's like when it's actually in our house just hanging in the closet.

FYI:  I LOVE OUR DRESS!!!!  I got my crinoline the other day, and I can't wait to try it on with the dress :-)

Definitely.  I can't wait for my first fitting so I can put it on again :)  And I can't wait to see the whole look put together with the veil, jewelry, etc.

You'll have to let me know how the crinoline works out.  The salon told me that it wouldn't be needed but the more I think about it, I think I want one.  I'm just worried about it fitting underneath the dress!

If it is the same dress, it looks waaaay better on YOU. :-)

And, I did not take ANY photos (or have my girls take any photos) of my dress. I don't want photos to leak to my FI and plus, I'm keeping it a secret for many guests too.. I want it to be a surprise for a majority of the people. (It won't even be in my possession for another couple months, anyway!)
