my fi is having a best man and 3 groomsmen, i have 3 good friends i am making my bm, would it be weird if my 4th bm was a junior bridesmaid? should my 4 people be around his 4 peoples age (24-28)? help please....

If it's one of those things where you would add her just to make the sides even, I would say just go with the uneven sides.  But if you want to include her regardless of numbers, make her a jr. bridesmaid.  Your WP should be the people closest to you, regardless of whether they fit the mold of what a typical WP looks like.
