Our RSVP deadline, April 10, is in 3 days - why am I still waiting on 66 people? In all fairness I confess Brandi's troubles make mine seem miniscule.

I confess I'm getting really weird anxiety everytime I log on and see the days ticking closer - 24 days sounds really really really soon. And school? I've only got 3 weeks left and somehow thats not registering.  

I confess I was late for work today because I was looking for birth certificates so FI could get our marriage license on his day off and I never found them

I wish we had a house. Or at least were closer to buying a house. It sucks to have financing and desire but not be able to find something we like enough to buy that isn't ridiculously priced or a short sale.

Our apartment is a cluttered mess of half packed boxes and wedding stuff and its making me crazy.

I confess that I LOVE thunder storms.. especially when I get to lay in bed and listen to them... but even on a regular day like today - when I'm sitting in my office chugging away at my todo list.. I love the sound of thunder as a backdrop to my miles davis pandora station... Oh - but I'm smart enough to press svae - OFTEN - cause our power glitches a lot!

If we don't close on Friday on this house I may kill someone. I am so over the waiting.

I am so glad my body/diet/exercise have all gotten on the same page and the pounds are now coming off.

I'm worried about the dollars and cents of this wedding.

I don't feel like scheduling engagement pictures or buying wedding bands until we are closer to the wedding due to the above mentioned diet/exercise...but everyone says we NEED to do it now.

I am shocked at how much tux rentals are. They are only 20 dollars cheaper than my girls dresses and the dresses are keepers with FREE alterations!

I confess that I had a touch of Bridezilla in me this weekend.  FBIL's GF has a strong desire to get married and for some reason feels the need to get married before us, just because.  So when I found out that she made the comment about how it was still possible (um, our wedding is 5 1/2 months away), it set me OFF.  So on Easter Sunday, I made a point to talk about our wedding because I know it makes her uncomfortable.  And this is the worst -- she is a touch bigger and I've lost weight so I made sure to wear an outfit that looked awesome on me.  I'm a b!tch, I know.

LOL Julie, that's a great story!  I would totally have done the same thing.

I confess that I haven't done my taxes yet.   OOPS!  I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend...

On a related note, I also have not mailed in my census form yet either.  I lost the first one.  Then luckily I got another one in the mail last week.  I filled it out right away and put by the door, but it has yet to make the final leg of the journey to the mailbox.  Why am I such a horrible procrastinator?!!

I confess that I am getting irritated with the details of my wedding. I want to just get married and call it a day.  Seriously, things like where to put the dance floor just keep me up all dang night. It's not that I'm worried, I'm just always brainstorming.
 
I have been reading the Practical Bride and now I feel shallow for worrying about the packaging my favors come in, or the shoes I wear. But I am a consumer at heart, even though I am trying hard not to be.

i am soooo tired of my BM blowing me off!!!!  I seriously haven't seen her since november when FI went to her new house to build a closet for them.  haven't been invited over since, hasn't come over to see my new house the several times i have invited her.  makes and breaks lunch plans almost every week (lunch is our thing we both work from home a couple days a week and usually do lunch once a month).  in march she sent me an email on a wednesday at noon saying she had to cancel our THURSDAY lunch plans because she is still so sick that her dr told her she might have to go to the hospital.  funny how at 5 on wednesday she posted on facebook what a wonderful time she was having with her son at the park on a hay ride!  i don't think i would be out at a park if i was on the verge of going into the hospital.  soo irritated.  my shower is next weekend, wonder if she will have the time to make it, or even make it to the wedding.  ugh.

Vent: I'm getting sick of people asking me if they can bring a date when I didn't put "and guest" on their invitation. I actually got one invitation back that had rsvped for two on it when I only invited one person. I have enough people coming to my wedding as it is!! I don't want a bunch of people there whom I've never met before!!! 

I also am sick of making all the decisions. FI is on the road most of this month and up until a week of the wedding. I"m sick of it!! 

Also my BM's are mildly pissing me off. Two are out of state and the other two are in Law and Nursing School. I know it's a lot of work for them, but I haven't asked for much at all!! Not one of them have asked me if I need any help. 

Plus my MOH is taking her sweet a$$ time to plan my bacherlorette party. Now everyone is calling me and asking me what is going on. How the hell should I know, I'm not planning it!!!! When I ask her she says "I don't know."  It's less then a month away, it will be out of town, and people are on a budget!! The longer you wait the more it's going to cost everyone. WTF!!!
