Extension of TMI Tuesday for All You Married Gals!

So FI and I are waiting until we're married to have sex. (we've been together 4 years, and made this choice about 2 years ago)

I am starting to really worry that we will be too tired on our wedding night to even think about it...even though the wait is killing us!

How many of you actually had sex on your wedding night? I don't want to have this romanticized night planned in my head then be disappointed when/if it doesn't happen.

I told FI I may be too tired and he gave me a blank stare... soooo we'll make like rabbits and hop to it, but I don't really fantasize about anything super romantic unfortunately, haha that's what the HM is for, right?

We did.  We were tired but we weren't exhausted, I think we were running on adrenaline at that point.

Just make sure you don't drink too much because then you will just want to come back to the room and pass out.  Also, make sure your groom doesn't drink too much because he's the one that has to get you out of the gown.  My good friend was a BM in a wedding and she actually  had to go back to the room with the bride and groom to unhook her dress because the groom wasn't with it enough to do it himself!

Both DH and I were exhausted and very tipsy. We took showers to wake up and did the deed. I heard too many stories from other people that they hadn't had sex on their wedding night because they were too tired. That wasn't going to happen to us 1) because DH wouldn't let it and 2) I knew it would be a great way to end the night.

We did not do it.  No way, no how.  Wasn't going to happen.  I almost fell asleep several times just driving to the hotel (we were in separate cars). 

But I'm pretty sure that if it was DH's first opportunity to have sex ever, he would have shot one of those adrenaline syringes into my heart just to keep me awake enough to do it.

Nope we didn't do it. We were both too tired and the adrenalin wore off on the ride home. First thing in the morning it was on and poppin and several more times throughout the day as well. I preferred it this way cause tired sex is just no fun. We cuddled all night and woke up as Husband and wife in each others arms which was amazing!

nope. we actually didn't even go to sleep because we had to head to the airport at 3am to catch our flight.

Instead of doing the deed we shared nachos from the hotel snack bar... hows that for romance?

we had nachos too at the bar after our wedding!  And no we didn't have sex.  There was no way that was happening!  Too tired and a little drunk.  we both go out of our dress/tux and passed out!
