I am trying to become a more organized shopper and I am attempting to meal plan and cook more often. 

I have looked through so many recipes but its so hard to choose.

I agree with PP, is there an 'area' in particular you are looking for?  I have soups, I have salads, pasta, etc.  let us know what you want and I'm happy to share!!

ummm....something with chicken breasts and/or ground turkey and/or polish sausage??

a couple of ideas:

Chicken Breasts:  chicken parm, lemony baked chicken, feta grilled chicken salad;  ground turkey:  meatloaf, meatballs & spaghetti, lasagna, taco night;
all I know to do with polish sausagage is to add it to sauerkraut in the crock pot!
