Rant: I HATE when...

...people talk to me like I'm stupid.  Honestly!  Nothing in this world makes me fly into an uncontrollable rage more than having someone talk to me like I'm dumb.  It's doubly bad when these people talk to me like I have an IQ of 65 and have dealt with me in the past and know I'm a lawyer.  RARRRRRR.  That is all.

People with no sense of etiquette or common courtesy for those around  them.

People talking down to me is one too.  For example when people who are older then me and don't know me call me sweetie.  I hate that.

I have to agree that when people talk to me like I'm stupid (work or personal life) it makes me extremely mad/angry/frustrated. I will be the first one to admit if I don't understand something and ask for clarification. But don't assume because I'm female, or because of my age that I don't understand.

I also hate that people are such slobs. I work a second job doing commercial cleaning and it never ceases to amaze me how lazy people are. It's not fun work, but I do find satisfaction to see that I can make even the grossest of places look good after a good cleaning.

...people are so self-absorbed, they only care about themselves and their own agenda.  NEWS FLASH: there are other people in this world and it wouldn't kill you to realize this every once and a while.

..people who always argue with what everyone says. If you say something, they argue for the exact opposite. SOoooooo annoying!!

...know it all's and people that brag too much. it's makes me just want to slap someone. Like really, is it necessary to be a know it all, all the time? and really, is it necessary to brag so much?

...rude and inconsiderate people. why? why so rude? is life so terrible that all some people have to give others is rudeness?

I hate people who are consistently late and make no apologies for it. My time is JUST as valuable as theirs!

I also hate people who constantly play "back to me" in conversations. I have a few people in my life that no matter what we talk about, always turn the conversation back on their problems or their lives. It's frustrating.

I hate people who are so arrogant they think the world revolves around them & that everyone should kiss the ground they walk on.  Kinda like Naomi on 90210 - if you don't kiss their azz, they make your life hell.

I hate Michigan weather.  And the fact that anything that CAN go wrong WILL go wrong.

I also hate classless, tacky people - a perfect example are FSIL's skank friends who constantly harass FI because we didn't invite them to the wedding.  GET OVER IT BIIIITCH!!!!  The bride doesn't want you there!!!  And just because you talk to him on FB does not guarantee you an invite.  KMA.

I hate obsessive, nut job ex GFs who won't leave an engaged man alone.  Prime example is FI's ex from high school.  She never got over him and even though we're getting hitched in a week she always makes sure to let him know how much she still loves him and won't stop no matter how much he tells her to.

And how about those F heads that take 20 minutes to make a right hand turn?  Oh gotta love them!  I could sh8, shower, and shave and they'd still be making their way around the bend.

OMG, I'm so glad someone else out there hates the slo-mo right hand turners.  I yell at them sometimes in the car and FI doesn't understand why it bothers me.  I mean seriously, who needs to come to a complete stop to be able to make a right hand turn and then idle through it?!?!?

Ditto on the people who talk down to me or as if I'm completely helpless. This happens at work with 'instructions'. Hi, I've worked here 5 yrs, I know who I need to contact for what job, etc. Please don't tell me in person/call/email the instructions all out. Every. Time.

How about the people who say "I can't remember if I told you this or not..." then proceed to tell you their story. You recognize it, say "yeah, you did..." yet they continue to tell it again! I JUST TOLD YOU YOU ALREADY TOLD ME, DAYUM! My dad has a tendency to do this and it drives me up a wall.

Me too!! This is why I avoid Novi Road and Grand River in Novi. That intersection makes me literally red in the face because people don't pay attention to the light. I just take the back way through Novi Town Center.

I hate slow turners, but even worse are the people that slow turn out of a parking lot in front of you and then proceed to crawl down the road when there is nothing but clear, open road behind you- they just have to get out! Then you have to jam on the brakes because you are clipping along. Idiots.

Just wait 2 fricking seconds and you can go as slow as you want, but if you HAVE to turn in front of me, you better bust a move or you'll be able to see up my nose in your rearview mirror! Just sayin'.

This!  I don't know what causes it to happen but it irritates me.

...people call me and then put me on hold.  Um hello!  You called me, so why are you taking other calls?  Also, if it was a bad time, why did you call in the first place?
