West Point Tours

Hi girls! I don't post here often, but I was looking for some info from those of you that used West Point tours for your wedding.I am using them, but I am unsure of what to do for the "bus inspection" when the busses arrive. They are being used to transport my guests, but all of the bridal party and immediate family will already be at the venue for pictures.Did you have someone help you by serving as the point of contact for the busses? Thanks!

    Hmm, we used WPT, but I'm not sure what you mean.  We didn't have to do anything like that, that I know of, but we only used the little (21 pass) bus.  I guess it's an inspection so that you can point out any damage done to the bus before your guests are using it? If so, I would just appoint someone to do it.

    Yeah - on the paperwork they gave me it has inspection stuff and asks for a day-of contact onsite. Thanks!

    We used them too. I don't remember anything about an inspection but we had a family friend who was taking the bus make sure everything was fine and kind of "manage". I would just find a person you trust and give them the bus info and they can make sure everything's fine. We had no problems with West Point Tours though.
