How was everyones week in terms of diet and exercise?
I did pretty good, somehow finding time to fit cardio into most days, but I need to work on strength training. Diet was decent, but kinda fell off the wagon over the weekend. Its hard when your girlfriends are in town! Last week was really hectic worked over 60 hours and I ended up skipping a few meals, which I know is bad! I need to work on keeping convenient snacks with me at work so that I can still eat even when I don't have time for a full meal. I did manage to lose two pounds since the last time I weighed myself, which was probably a really long time ago because I can't remember when it was!
What kind of strength training do you all do? Do you have any suggestions for good videos or websites?
