My future sister-in-law and brother-in-law were married last weekend in a beautiful ceremony in Mount Tremper, New York. Unfortunately leading up to her big day, the unexpected happened-- her salon, Avante, canceled not even 48 hours before!! Her appointed was scheduled months in advance and she was required to put a 50% deposit down since the stylist would be traveling to the wedding location (approximately 20 minutes away). In addition the owner left a nasty voicemail and wrote a derogatory remark on her deposit refund slip, leaving her in tears! I know that you can only plan so much and something is always bound to go wrong, but not to this extent.Ladies-- do not trust your hair to this salon!!
