I have a Fit & Flare Crinoline that I'm selling. Used it once for the wedding.
The waist measures 25" flat (stretchable)
The whole crinoline measures about 38 inches with the top part being 21 inches (without the tiered/flared part).
The bottom hoop is adjustable so you can measure which diameter you want.
It definitely gave my dress structure!
