Has anyone heard that Casablanca is discontinuing some of their dresses?

I'm going to be measured in 2 wks and I'm guessing I should call the boutique to make sure mine isn't being discontinued - yes?  How the hell do peeps find this stuff out?
I saw it posted on another board ... grrrrrrr

    my dress was discontinued. if she has a problem ordering it they will tell you.

    Dresses get discontinued every season. I believe my dress is no longer availble. Usually there is a window of a few weeks from when they announce it is being discontinued  where they still take orders so I would think you would still be ok.

    Only prob is I haven't ordered it yet. They're measuring me in 2 wks. I think I'm going to call just to be safe.  Thanks for your input ladies.

    **NYBride** when did you buy your dress? I can't believe you just got married and your dress is already discontinued? It was so beautiful btw.

    If there was one you loved and you were just waiting to measure smaller, honestly, i would go do it now.  Unless it isn't discontinued...but there is nothing to say it wno't happen in the next few weeks either.

    I was a casablanca bride...no clue if mine was discontinued or not but I did not have that season's dress either i believe.

    This. Exactly! You should call the store to ask, but more than likely you are fine. Hoping that you plan to order in two weeks though. If not, you would have yto check again when you plan to order, and by that time it might be too late.

    i spoke w/ the bridal boutique - she assured me she's on top of the casablanca dresses and swears mine is not discontinued. i'm meeting w/ her in 2 weeks to get measured and she has a meeting on Oct 2nd w/ the casablanca designers so she said she can meet them in person to give them my deets along w/ the changes i'm making and all should be good.........whew!

    According to their website they never discontinue dresses.
