These are strands of faux crystals cut to different lengths used to hand paper lanterns from the ceiling over the dance floor. This is a beautiful way to hand your paper lanterns -- the light catches it and it is just gorgeous. Email me for a picture of what it looked like at my wedding. There are at least 60 strands. I am selling this for $25.
