Hi ladies so I went to brunch today w my bridesmaids as were almost to the year mark and most of them know eachother except two (My sister and my future sis in law). well brunch went great we started just talkin about the weddin plans and things like that colors, idea and i am just SOOOOOOOOOOO damn excited. My bestfriend who is one of my maid of honors got married in march and I tried on her veil today... well just say i started to get teary eyed (im such a hot mess) and they just laughed at me and they all say i shouldnt even bother w makeup on my wedding day... enough of my bable hows everyone elsees day today

Sounds like a fun time! I haven't decided on my bridesmaids yet, but I can't wait to ask them when I do! I had two girlfriends from college in town this weekend. We did a lot of shopping, wine drinking, and laughing. I was definitely wiped out by the time they left this afternoon. I spent the rest of the day napping and getting my weekly chores done. I'm watching Made of Honor on Lifetime now, because I fell asleep last night while watching it with my friends!

That sounds awesome!! I want to hang out with all of them at once.. Some of mine have never met eachother - my fiance has two sisters & I am asking them both - I don't think they've ever met any of the other girls!

I just asked three of mine yesterday. I bought wine glasses with their names & the wedding date from Etsy. I wrote little poems in the glasses on cardstock and printed out in pretty script: Name, Will you be my bridesmaid? I put all little rhinestones on the notes and filled the glasses with some sparkle!

I am waiting until I see the other girls in person, two of which will probably be today. I have six bridesmaids and one maid of honor. I never thought I'd have such a huge bridal party, but you never know until your in those shoes!

Sounds like a blast! That's awesome you could get everyone together before the wedding and they all got along so well! I love the glasses idea for asking your BMs. I haven't done anything creative; my MOH I actually asked by text while tipsy the night I got engaged. Oops! I'll probably ask my last two this weekend. They are my friends who I'm not sure will be expecting it so I'm excited but a little nervous! I decided to just ask who I really wanted instead of over analyzing the BP to wedding size ratio.

That sounds like a lot of fun!

I'm having 4 BMs and 1 MOH and some of them probably will not meet until the rehearsal.  We're all over the east coast so it's not really possible for everyone to get together, but they all know at least one of the other BMs so I'm sure it'll work out fine.

Oh wow, you're guys ideas are so cute..i just called them up and asked them! Now I'm wishing I would have done something more creative :-/
