I dont know what it is like up there but here in jersey it is sooooo bad! the rain and wind are awful. I had to go to LI for a baby shower and was going to go to the gym when I just got home but its so bad out I am not going anywhere. this is ruining my plans lol

    It's terrible in Hartsdale. The winds and rain are so bad right now, and are supposed to continue until about 1am. We actually had a neighbors tree come down and knock out an entire side of our fence in the backyard. Just ripped through it. Our lights are flickering too.

    thats the worst when it causes damage like that! my lights just started flickering and it sounds like a wave keeps hitting my windows

    It's horrible!! I'm so glad FI isn't working tonight (he's a cop). He turned the radio on bc he's a nutcase and it sounds like it's pretty dangerous out there!

    yea it's crazy here in yonkers too (lol, i feel like a weather/news reporter!!)
    the winds are slamming the trees all over. lights are flickering too. we're about to watch a movie ... what fun on a rainy night lol

    It is horrible here in Newburgh.  I just pray we don't lose power again!
