For Sale: NEW Tags still on, Strapless, Modified A line, light beading around the top

I have this dress with the tags still on, I bought it under pressure and now I'm looking for something different

Its strapless, modified A (aka its a little more fitted up to the hips and then has a A-fram skirt), their is beading around the top, it has gathering/rusching that flatters the figure, David's Bridal style 9828, its a size 10P - it says its petite but I'm 5'4 and it still needs to be hemmed so its not that short

$400 and that includes the slip and the garmet bag it comes in, but I'll consider a lesser offer. It is still $200 less then what you will pay in store and the slip is like $50-75 too
