F/S Wedding Dress small size 8

Hello Ladies. My sister brought me a BEAUTIFUL wedding dress but unfortunately it is way to small. I believe it is wrongly marked as a size 8. I measured the dress to the best of my ability since I have no one it fits right on. It is BRAND NEW. Was only tried on. It is high on the neck & the entire back is open. I am looking for $300 or the best offer. I can't return the dress and just need some of the money back so that I can put it towards a dress that actually fits me. Waist- 34 inches

Upper arm- 11 inches

Arm length- 231/2 inches
Length- 60 inches

The length from the waist to the end of the train is 72 inches.
