Is there a Joanne fabrics by you?  They have them for 40% off this week. Also, Dollar Tree has them, but I'm not sure that there are any stores in CA.

Ditto PP.  I got 20 of them from JoAnn's two weeks ago.  They were 3.99 each, then on sale for 50% off and then I have a 10% off total purchase (including sale items) for that.  So if you have one near you I would start there.  I checked so many Dollar Trees and couldn't find any there.

I got a bunch at Dollar Tree in Los Angeles. Only things though, they have hummingbirds or butterflies that can just be snapped off and still look good and the other thing, they are really flimsy. They might be able to only hold something made of paper or really light. But if you're doing paper pomanders or something very light, worth the $1 each.

I got mine at SaveonCrafts.com they are a little higher then knee height  and they were 6.00 each. I really like them they also have diff heights.
