DORAL ARROWWOOD- Reviews/Pricing info?

Hi Knotties! Has anyone attented or received a price quote for the Doral Arrowood in Rye Brook? I would love love love to know more Thanks!

Hi! This might help: The first link is the packages, the second is reviews.

This was one of the first places on my list to check out when we were
talking about getting married. I used to go by it all the time when I was in
college. The place is beautiful! Not to far away, and there is a hotel on
site. What could be better?

But when we were looking (Nov / Dec 2008 and Jan/Feb 2009), at that
time it didn't get great reviews. I know price wise it was more than we
wanted for the venue pp cost, but since at that time we also considered
getting a shuttle, figured we could make the price work because, since
the hotel was on-site, we wouldn't need the shuttle.

Well, the reviews at that time, were not too great. And so we never went
further.

However, the reviews now seem to be A LOT better! So it's worth looking into
(if it fits your budget!)

My FI and I celebrate our anniversary there every year! It is a beautiful hotel/resort!
We contemplated going to look there to have our wedding. However when I looked at their website & saw their prices we decided to not even bother. They are way over priced. That was last year so I dont know if anything has changed.
I too thought it would be perfect considering it is a hotel & then we would have to pay for a shuttle bus. Like I said before I have stayed there many times - it is really nice. Maybe make an appointment with their coordinator & see if there prices have come down any.
