Last minute DIY- PIP

I have planned for months on cutting wine corks to use as holders for escort cards.  However, I have yet to start on this.  I haven't started and need them done by Friday, yikes! However, I decided last minute to add a DIY aisle runner.  Another inspiration from TK. I believe I found the awesome directions from a post on the Ceremony Ideas board.

    As far as the wine cork escort cards - call your venue! If your wedding is next friday and they want all the stuff handed in this friday. See if they will allow you to drop of any late items maybe monday or tuesday (that way you would have the weekend to work on the escort cards).

    Doesn't hut to ask - I visited my venue Tues, Thurs and Friday the week of the wedding. All my stuff was due Tuesday. But not everything was done. So I asked if I could come back later in the week to drop the few remaining items off.

    Maybe if you offer to bring them already placed in the corks and in alphabetical order that maybe they will be willing to give you more time?
