SO DISGUSTED! uh... the bubbles came in wrong and my cake topper looks cheesy! so disappointed! i do not recommend it!

oh bummer!  i ordered my bubbles from the knot, they were ok.  that stinks!!

I ordered coasters from The Knot.  The first batch came in and were horrible.  The ink was flaky and some of them you couldn't read the words because they were not all done the same.  I complained and they made me send them photos to show what i was talking about but I will say, they sent me a whole new batch free of charge (which they should have done anyway).  The second batch was the way it should have been.

I got our bubbles from Michaels and we had a Lenox cake topper.

But I did get a bunch of stuff from the knot and it was all fine. Cocktail napkins, t-shirt, key chain, bridesmaid mirrors, silk "something blue" undies -  all came out great. I think a lot of times it depends on the item you are ordering.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Hope you get a refund or they replace your order!

I ordered twice from theknot shop and both times my orders were messed up. The first time they overcharged me, and the second they made a mistake on a personalization item. I emailed them and they both issues were corrected with no problems. They refunded me the amount I was overcharged, and they took back the incorrect personalized item and sent the correct one.
