Bridesmaid gifts??

I'm sure this has been posted before, but I'm having a REALLY hard time finding something I like to give to my bridesmaids.  First I was thinking a small jewelry box with a different piece of jewelry for each of them... our budget is about $20 per attendant.  FI already bought something within that for his guys... but I just feel like I want to spend a little more on the girls.  I know they are putting a lot of work into a surprise shower for me, planning my bachelorette.  ONe of the girls is making my veil.  I just feel like nothing I'm seeing will really show how much I appreciate their help.
I'll definitely make sure to write nice cards, but still...

Any suggestions for something different??  I'd REALLY appreciate it... time is quickly running out!

i'll be honest, for $20 i'm not sure of a way to make it special and unique. maybe try etsy for some earrings or a necklace?

Can you make something for them?  I made them purses for that day that match their dress.  You can find tons of DIY patterns on the internet and you tube.  I also made them tissue purse holders.  I used the fabric that matched their dresses.  Do you have a Compass Jewelry where you live?  I found reasonable prices for jewelry there.  I bought my BMs jewelry from Kohls....I waited for their jewelry sales.  I also just bought 5 pashminas (100% cashmere) on ebay.  You have to be careful on ebay but I did a lot  of research on pashminas and what to look for.  I looked for a "lot" sale.  I bought a lot of 4 and got 1 for free for $30. plus free shipping.  good luck.

There is the coach outlet at Woodbury commons, I was able to score them wristlets for $20 for the wedding day (and for practical use afterwards). Also, I would check macy sales (and use coupons) that's how I scored my girls jewlery.

thanks for the suggestions ladies!!  I hit up the one day sale at Macy's this weekend and got some good stuff for 50% off... plus found really nice glass jewelry boxes online (Beautiful Reflections)... I went a little over budget, but my girls are worth it!
