settles hill banquet hall and other options

has anyone ever had a reception at settles hill in altamont? i can't find any reviews online. also, does anyone have any ideas for a nice venue that is inexpensive? i'm looking to spend only 4,000 on my venue and food at most. (approx 130 people)
