2/2010 large cyst discovered on right ovary
4/2010 IUI # 4 ? BFN
5/2010 ? decide to proceed with IVF, start saving money
10/2010 Lap done ? diagnosed with stage IV endo, had right ovary and tube removed
3/2011 ? First IVF cycle ? canceled on CD 5 due to dominant follicle
4/2011 ? will attempt another IVF cycle
