How did this week go for everyone? How was your eating this week? Exercise? Any weight loss?

I did pretty well doing the P90X this week. I only missed one day so far and that was Monday. I haven't weighed myself to see if I have lost anything.

i gave up soda two weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds by just drinking water. next week i hope to start running and working out more

I have been good with food...back on no carbs

But I didn't get to the gym at all.  Although, probably walked a fair amount.
We'll see how the weight is going on Sunday!

Went to the gym 3 days ate pretty good haven't weighed in yet but my pants are fitting loose. so thats a good sign.

Went to the trainer 3x this week and am definitely feeling sore! Tomorrow Zumba!

I don't know if it's been one week or two for me but somewhere within I lost four pounds

I'm down a half a pound since last friday. But, down 2.5 since this week began! (I gained weight over the weekend) Need to start exercising, from what I understand that helps! Going with FI to the track tomorrow, hope that will motivate me for the rest of the week to keep at it!

I only went to the gym 2 times, and lost one pound. still 20 more to go!! I have been eating well still, wish that would help more though! I want some french fries! lol

Haven't weighed in, but definitely have more definition in my guns after two weeks of biceps, triceps, shoulderpresses and the like. 3lb weights in the morning while eating breakfast, 2 sets of 10 reps of 7 moves definitely gets me motivated for my day.
