Less Bridesmaids than Groomsmen...awkward?

I have 3 girls i'd like to walk down with me but my groom has 1 if any.... what is a way to position us/them or incorporate them without looking awkward or off balance?

You can have them seated for the ceremony if you prefer.  But it won't look awkward or off-balance, just have them standing next to you.

I have the same problem too but with more bridesmaids than groomsmen. It'll be fine ) it'll look different but it's ok. I'm the same

I as well have 4 bridesmaids and my FI is having 3 groomsmen. I dont think it will look awkward. you bridal party isnt about symmetry its about having the people who matter most close to you!

I am in the same boat! My fiance wants 5 and I have 3.

Thanks ladies! I also had an idea of forming a semi circle around us (garden wedding) alternating boys and girls.... cute?

Having fewer bridesmaids than groomsmen won't be awkward at all. 

It was that way when I married the first time.  During the recessional, the "extra" groomsmen walked down the aisle side-by-side.  No big deal.
