We used black leather luggage tags as place cards and favors for our wedding. We weren't happy with the quality of the luggage tags that we saw made for weddings, so we purchased ones that were nice enough to actually be used again. The tags fit a standard business card, so making inserts was very easy. We have 53 left over- price negotiable!
