bridal shower

hi  i am the mother of the bride,  we have sent out the invitations to the bridal shower but have only received about 1/4 of the responses, would it be proper to call the ladies who dont rsvp by the date that was on the invitation?

    Absolutely. I would wait until after the RSVP date and then you can call anyone who doesn't respond. I was surprised to hear how many people didn't RSVP to my shower until the minute. My sister called anyone who did not RSVP.
